There are multiple examples of balance and unbalanced forces. Here are a few examples:
a. The ball being spiked is an unbalanced force because the when the hand is in contact
with the ball, there is greater force from the swing of the hand than the ball
b. The ball hitting the girl is an unbalanced force. The ball has great force causing the girl to
fall backwards.
c. The referee standing on the stand by the net is a balanced force. The stand does not
break under him.
d. The net and poles are balance forces because the net is pulled tight on the two poles,
but the poles do not move from the tension.
